Disadvantages of Nuclear Energy:

• The initial cost is high.
• Water used for cooling the reactors gets polluted.
• Uranium extraction impacts the environment.
• Nuclear waste (It produces radioactive waste) should be stored carefully.
• It emits toxic pollutants which are very dangerous to humans.
