Vapour Compression System
The main components of the vapour compression system is compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator.
Working of vapour Compression System:
The vapour at low temperature and pressure is drawn from the evaporator into the compressor. This vapour is compressed at compressor to high temperature and pressure. This vapour again enters into the condenser where it is condensed into liquid. The condensed liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve and enters into the evaporator. In this stage it forms in to the liquid and vapour form at low temperature and pressure and changes in to the vapour refrigerant. This again enters in to the compressor and completes the cycle.
